A company is looking for a Principal Customer Success Manager, Nordics.
Key Responsibilities :
Serve as the senior post-sale point-of-contact, building trusted relationships with C-level executives and strategic stakeholders
Lead the development and execution of multi-year Customer Success Plans to achieve measurable business outcomes
Plan and conduct Executive Business Reviews, delivering insights and showcasing ROI while driving revenue retention and expansion
Required Qualifications :
10+ years of experience in a strategic, post-sales, customer-facing role within a B2B Enterprise SaaS or Cloud company
Minimum of 4 years in a customer success role, managing large, strategic accounts in the multinational enterprise segment
Strong technical foundation in Cloud, SASE, and SaaS applications, with knowledge of networking and security principles
Exceptional executive-level presence with superior communication skills and the ability to lead complex projects
Fluent in both Swedish and English
