Job Summary :
We are looking for a Field Service Technician to provide on-site maintenance and repairs for our customers' equipment. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a customer-oriented approach to delivering service.
$1000.00 Sign On Bonus after 90 days of continuous employment.
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree is a plus
- Proven experience in a similar field service role
- Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems
- Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Customer service-oriented with good communication abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
Responsibilities :
- Travel to customer locations to perform repairs, maintenance, and installations
- Diagnose equipment issues and recommend appropriate solutions
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance tasks
- Ensure all work is completed accurately and efficiently
- Document service activities, including parts used and work performed
- Provide technical support and training to customers as needed
- Collaborate with the service team to improve processes and customer satisfaction
Physical Requirements :
- Capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
- Comfortable working at heights or in confined spaces
Additional Requirements :
- Willingness to work occasional weekends or evenings
- Flexibility to travel within assigned territory
- Commitment to safety protocols and guidelines
