Job Description The Recreation Therapist is responsible for assessing patient’s leisure and recreational activities, providing age and developmentally appropriate therapy groups and establishing behavioral treatment goals in a manner consistent with the philosophy and objectives of Lakeside Behavioral Health.
Qualifications Job Requirements Education : Bachelor’s Degree required. Bachelor’s in Recreation Therapy preferred and Bachelor’s in related field of Art, Music or Exercise / Fitness required.
CTRS or Licensed in Specialty Therapy preferred. Experience : One year experience in working with a mental health population.
