Our Service Technicians are critical to the safe, well-running and attractiveness of our properties. This full-time position will support multiple properties in the Milwaukee area.
The position will have on-call responsibilities for emergencies.
This position primary responsibility for :
- Corrective Maintenance by completing work requests
- Assist with apartment make-ready such as painting, cleaning, replace / replace appliances, plumbing / electrical as able, vendor management, drywall repairs, etc.
- Assist with snow removal as needed
- Preventative Maintenance
- Emergency maintenance
- Maintain inventory of tools, equipment and supplies
- Establish and maintain good relations with residents, prospective residents, vendors and co-workers.
- Assist outside contractors when services are required
- Picks up trash on property by assisting others in maintaining cleanliness and safety of the property
Requirements :
List Job A. Education, work experience, licenses and certifications :
- Education : Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- Experience : Minimum three (3) years fulltime maintenance experience
- Licenses : A valid driver's license and current automobile insurance is required. Travel to job sites is required.
