We are seeking a Entry-Level Insurance Sales Representative who is motivated to learn and grow. We value potential and talent, offering a comprehensive training program for those new to the industry.
This position includes a competitive salary with additional commission and bonus opportunities.
- Base Salary : $42,000 annually
- Total Annual Compensation Potential with Commission and Bonus Opportunities of $72,000-$130,000+

Responsibilities
- Cultivates and maintains strong relationships with clients.
- Conduct timely follow-ups to address client inquiries and concerns.
- Deliver engaging sales presentations to showcase product benefits.
- Actively seek referrals and expand professional networks.
- Follow up on warm leads provided by the company.
- Initiate cold calls to identify potential clients.
- Provide comprehensive insurance education and guidance.
Requirements
- No previous expirence required! Must be coachable and willing to get your Colorado Property and Casualty License. License Reimbursement paid after 90 days of obtaining license.
