Summary :
We are seeking a Virtual Travel Assistant to join our team in the Hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting travelers with their travel arrangements and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities :
- Assist travelers with booking flights, hotels, and rental cars
- Provide recommendations for dining, activities, and attractions
- Handle travel-related inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Ensure all travel arrangements meet the needs and preferences of the traveler
- Manage travel itineraries and keep travelers informed of any changes
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in the travel industry or customer service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Proficient in using travel booking platforms and software
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
