The Provider and Staff Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for the scheduling functions for all Retail Health Providers / Staff, maintaining the UCC provider call log and ensuring that the Urgent Cares are adequately staffed.
The incumbent performs reconciliation of UCC provider and / or staff schedules and payroll records to track FTE requirements analyzing and reporting out on the data.
This position works independently and requires organization, attention to detail, and computer skills. The incumbent is available after hours via scheduling platform for schedule changes and must maintain a professional and collaborative demeanor at all times.
Minimum Requirements :
Two years related medical office experience.
Education / Licenses / Certifications :
High school graduate or equivalent preferred
Post high school office procedures training or relevant college level courses preferred.
