- Sales Associate - Full & Part Time
- Smile. Greet customers and determine how to exceed their expectations.
- Deliver exceptional customer service through customer interaction and quality product delivery.
- Become knowledgeable on all products / services including shipping, printing, mailboxes.
- Utilize all equipment safely and efficiently along with POS software.
- Pack contents for shipping using established procedures and products.
- Receive, sort and place mail in mailbox modules accurately.
- Takes ownership of the customer's shipping needs and offers viable solutions.
- Takes action to learn all product and service offerings and alternative solutions.
- Maintains a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
- Ensure the store is clean and presentable within The UPS Store guidelines Successfully complete.
- required WEB training courses.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Education :
High school or equivalent (Preferred)
License / Certification :
Certified Notary Public (Preferred) or ability to obtain.
