Position Overview : We are looking for a Tax Supervisor or Manager to join our Tax Team in providing exceptional client service.
As a Tax Supervisor or Manager, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and completing tax engagements for clients in various industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparation and review of partnership, C-Corp, S-Corp, NFP, individual, and corporate tax returns (1040, 1065, 1120, 1120S, 990)
- Assist with tax research, planning, and strategies to provide clients with tax savings solutions
- Develop and maintain productive working relationships with clients to provide exceptional service
- Execute technical review of tax returns prepared by staff members
- Manage workflow and supervise staff members
- Represent clients before taxing authorities
- Prepare and review tax provision calculations
- Ensure compliance with changes in tax regulations
- Assist with managing client relationships and business development activities
Qualifications
- CPA designation OR EA
- 5+ years of tax experience
- Knowledge of partnership, C-Corp, S-Corp, NFP, individual, and corporate taxes
- Understanding of GAAP accounting
- Strong technical and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
