Job Description :
- Experience in IT Project Management, negotiation, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience as a Project Manager on a cloud-based implementation project is a plus
- Capable of leading project meetings, creating project plans, timelines and work breakdown structures using project management tools.
- Must have proficiency in project management, agile, scrum, and Kanban software tools
- Must have strategic planning skills with good understanding of roadmap development.
- Ability to write and present effective project materials, including presentations and status reports
- Proven experience with working collaboratively with business / program partners
- Must have experience writing Procurement documents (RFP / RFQ) and technical artifacts
- Candidate with PMP Certification is preferred.
- Agile / Scrum Master certification is a plus.
- Experience collaborating with State and Local Government is preferred.
- Experience with public health lab system and programs is preferred.
- Experience planning and managing data conversion activities is preferred.
- Experience building rollout plans is preferred.
