Description
- Reporting to the Los Angeles COO, the Clinical Lab Manager is responsible for the regional regulation and compliance.
- The position entails oversight and standardization of the day-to-day laboratory activities to ensure that efficient, accurate, and clinically relevant services are provided.

Required qualifications :
- Bachelor's Degree
- Upon hire : California Clinical Laboratory Scientist License California Or
- Upon hire : California Clinical Chemist Scientist License Or
- Upon hire : California Clinical Immunohematologist Scientist License Or
- Upon hire : California Clinical Microbiologist Scientist License Or
- Upon hire : California Clinical Toxicologist Scientist License Or
- Upon hire : California Clinical Cytogeneticist Scientist License Or
- Upon hire : California Clinical Genetic Molecular Biologist Scientist License Or
- Upon hire : California Clinical Hematology Scientist License Or
- Upon hire : California Clinical Histocompatibility Scientist License Or
- Upon hire : California Clinical Laboratory Scientist Biochemistry Special License
- 5 years of Laboratory supervisory experience.
- Strong background in laboratory science and analytical techniques.
Preferred qualifications :
- Master's Degree
- Strong administrative and managerial experience in a clinical laboratory setting.
- 7 years of work experience as a manager or director in a clinical laboratory.
- Proficient and experienced with CAP / COLA regulations for Medical Labs.
- Experienced in lab-based software for lab specimen processing.

Providence Clinical Network (PCN) is a service line within Providence serving patients across seven states with quality, compassionate, coordinated care.
