Position Overview : We are seeking a dedicated Project Manager with strong estimating experience to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will oversee and manage multiple construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
This role requires a proactive leader with excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
Requirements :
- 4+ years of previous construction project management experience
- Degree in Construction Project Management (Preferred)
- Strong computer skills, proficient with Microsoft Office
- Proven track record of leadership and successful project delivery
- Experience with estimating for construction projects
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and oversee multiple construction projects from start to finish
- Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets
- Obtain estimates for future and current projects
- Review and interpret construction drawings, schematics, and blueprints
- Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and stakeholders
- Coordinate subcontractors and construction teams
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and identify issues
- Develop risk management plans to mitigate project risks
- Ensure all necessary permits and approvals are obtained
- Prepare and submit project status reports to clients and senior management
- Provide leadership and guidance to project teams
