Warehouse Associate
STS Staffing is looking for a Warehouse Associate located in Nashville, TN. The Warehouse Associate position requires experience in the warehouse operations industry or distribution center.
Shift 1st 8am 5pm Monday Friday
Responsibilities
- Must have excellent organizational skills, verbal and written, attention to detail and pride in their workmanship.
- Must have valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation to and from work.
- Able to carry up to 50lbs repeatedly
- Unload and receive inbound shipments, ensuring models and quantity received are in agreement with the Purchase Order and Packing Slip.
- Record Serial Numbers and forward receiving paperwork.
- Sorting items and placing them in their correct location or bin.
- Pick, Packing and Ship Orders via UPS, FedEx, or other carriers.
- Pick, Pack and obtain customer signature for orders picked up.
- Record Serial Numbers and forward paperwork for all shipped or Pick up Orders.
- Maintain a neat, organized, and clean warehouse and shipping station.
- Remove office trash and dispose of in the dumpster.
- Provide your own PPE to include, gloves, safety glasses, and back brace / support.
