What You Can Expect :

RN will assist with triage patient calls, nurse visits, administer injectable medications, support providers, assist with treatment plans, pre-visit planning, in basket management, and partner with CMA / CNAs.

Due to the setting, RNs are heavily involved with patient education to guide patients with the management of lifelong diseases.

Tuesday-Friday 7 : 00am-5 : 00pm

Qualifications :

• Education : Nursing Degree
• Experience : 1 years' experience
• Licenses / Certifications : Current RN licensure from the State of Practice
