Responsibilities :
Under the direction of the dietitian, performs the necessary clinical support functions related to approving therapeutic menu selections and ensuring accuracy as well as appropriate temperatures of patient trays.
Qualifications :
Education and Work ExperienceAA degree in Food Science / Nutrition preferred
One (1) year of healthcare experience working with modified diets preferred
County Specific requirement.County Specific Food Handlers certification required upon hire and maintained current
