The Senior Lead Product Manager role is responsible for developing, managing andoptimizing one or more large, complex, and / or high revenue Productlines.

The role includes contributing to and managing the productroadmap, overseeing the implementation and working in an agileenvironment with a cross-functional team to develop products thatmeet the needs of our consumers and clients.

Recognized as anexpert within the company and requires in-depth and / or breadth ofexpertise in Product Management along with other job disciplineswithin the organization in order to successfully manage theproduct.

Manages large, complex Product line(s) of strategicimportance to the organization due to high growth value, involvinglarge cross-functional teams

PRIMARY DUTIES / KEYRESPONSIBILITES

Strategy / Discovery :

  • Develops, manages, and optimizes one or more large,complex and / or high value / strategically important revenue productline(s) Formulates an in-depth understanding of problems bycustomer segment, persona and competitive landscape.
  • Formulates in-depth understanding of problems bycustomer segment and through assessment of the competitivelandscape.
  • Partners with UX, marketingresearch, client solutions, and business stakeholders to observeand solicit feedback from clients.
  • Identifies, quantifies, and effectively communicates customermarket opportunities.

Planning :

  • Createsand maintains product vision and roadmap;
  • Creates business plans to secure funding; develops go-to-marketstrategy and builds cases / value propositions
  • Collaborates with other Product Managers to ensure alignment acrossproducts; participates in planning and pre / post-planning events(Demos and Inspect / Adapt).

Development :

  • Createsepics and features and ensures alignment acrossproducts.
  • Manages feature creation,identifies business rules and business impact, and works withProduct Owners to ensure cross-team alignment andsupport.
  • Leads processes with ProductManagement, Development and Solutions Delivery Managers, UXDesigners and other stakeholders to prototype, test and validatesolutions.
  • Develops and recommendsbuy / build / partner solutions to Agile Release Trains.

Sales & ClientManagement

Engages with key stakeholders to develop pricing strategies andensure material contribution to ROI.

Evaluation :

Assessesproduct performance against KPIs and makes corrections to improveperformance; create and deliver thoughtful information to influencekey market constituents.

Education, experienceand Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 8 years'experience in a related field. The right candidate could also havea different combination, such as a master's degree and 6years'experience;

a Ph.D. and 3 years' experience in a related field; or12 years' experience in a related field.

  • Experience in API management, B2B integrations, and / or DataManagement is required.
  • Working knowledge ofSAFe Agile Methodology.
  • Familiar withrecognized industry bodies of knowledge both generic and specific,and has a wide breadth of knowledge across the industry andbusiness.
  • Extensive experience in design,development and implementation of product plans.
  • Extensive experience in full product lifecyclemethodologies.
  • Extensive experience increating, prioritizing and recommending epics andfeatures.
  • Extensive experience in inconducting competitive research and analysis.
  • Extensive experience in identifying KPI's and other analytics tomeasure product value.
  • Extensive experiencewith executive presentations.
  • Extensiveexperience in a collaborative, cross-functional, and complex teamenvironment.
  • Inventory and / or Enterprisedomain experience preferred.

USD 129,000.00 - 215,100.00 peryear

Compensation :

Compensationincludes a base salary of $129,000.00 - $215,100.00. The basesalary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based onfactors such as the ultimate location of the position and theselected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities.

Position maybe eligible for additional compensation that may include anincentiveprogram.
