Responsibilities :
Working with the team leader to create a strategic marketing strategy and mapping out the tasks needed to implement that strategy
Ensuring internal customers are aligned with the proposed marketing campaigns
Collaborate and manage the content calendar and schedule deadlines
Liaise between our product development and marketing to ensure technical specs, manuals, retailer and import requirements are correct and timely
Collaborating with writers and graphic designers to create marketing, website, and blog content
Manage packaging creation and edits from beginning directions to file print file approval
Create and manage retail partners' sponsored product and marketing campaigns, utilizing SEO tools where appropriate
Liaise between marketing and sales to ensure that both departments are aligned on promotions and new product launches meet deadlines
Audit all marketing and e-commerce pages to ensure timeliness, accuracy and consistency in design presentation
Maintaining an up-to-date understanding of the company, its products, and its partners to implement effective marketing campaigns
Monthly creation and publication of team newsletter.
Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with external vendors
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
Proven experience in marketing and project management, ideally in a similar industry
Experience in creating marketing campaigns
Strong understanding of various marketing channels and strategies, with a focus on digital marketing
Excellent organizational, prioritization, and decision-making skills with the ability to think creatively and strategically, with a results-driven mindset
Ability to quickly pivot with changing priorities
Strong analytical skills
Good communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
