We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Control Coordinator to support the Quality Control team by maintaining records, coordinating inspections, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards in the production of medical devices.
This role requires attention to detail, organizational skills, and knowledge of quality systems to ensure product safety and efficacy.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and maintain quality documentation, including inspection reports, certificates of compliance, and audit records.
- Coordinate and schedule product inspections and testing in accordance with regulatory standards (ISO, FDA).
- Assist in the investigation of non-conformance issues and collaborate with teams to implement corrective actions.
- Monitor and track quality metrics, generating reports for management review.
- Ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and relevant industry regulations.
- Support internal and external audits by preparing necessary documents and reports.
- Liaise with production, engineering, and regulatory teams to ensure alignment on quality objectives.
Qualifications :
- Experience in quality control or administrative roles, preferably in a regulated environment.
- Familiarity with ISO standards and FDA regulations is advantageous.
- Strong organizational, communication, and data management skills.
- Proficiency with quality management systems and office software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Word).
