Customer service representative

Required :
- Strong communication skills to confidently explain information and converse with customers / clients.
- SAP / ERP experience is required.
- Proficient in Excel spreadsheet and Word.
- Problem Solving-the individual identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner and gathers and analyzes information skillfully.
- Self-starter; quick learner; positive up-beat personality.
Duties :
- Work closely with internal departments (purchasing, manufacturing, shipping, etc.) to ensure on time delivery of customer product.
- Determine, correct and communicate order information accuracy to internal personnel.
- Accurately enter, track and prepare necessary job folders for all customers, in-house & trial orders in accordance with Quality System requirements.
- Maintain weekly Order Report.
- Maintain customer inventory lists where required.
- Track and follow-up customer material usage to assist them with forecasting their order requirements.
