Responsibilities
The Nurse Manager is a registered nurse responsible for the clinical, administrative and financial functions of the department.
He / she implements nursing process in the care of the surgical patient.
A. JOB KNOWLEDGE
1. Demonstrates knowledge and understanding of leadership within the framework of planning, directing,

communication book memos)

specialty, professional organization tracts, clinical advancement such as ACLS instructor, or
credentialing); reads appropriate nursing journals

Qualifications
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
License or Certification
Current Idaho RN license; BLS, ACLS required. PALS encouraged. ACLS certification expected within 1 year of hire.
Total Education, Vocational Training, and Experience
Graduate of accredited school of nursing.
2 to 5 years perioperative nursing experience required.
