Job Description : Soliant Health is currently seeking a passionate and skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in the Rush Springs, Oklahoma area.
As a Speech Language Pathologist with Soliant Health, you will play a vital role in assessing, diagnosing, and treating munication and swallowing disorders in patients of all ages.
Responsibilities :
- Conduct thorough evaluations to assess speech, language, cognitive-munication, and swallowing disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to meet the unique needs and goals of each patient.
- Provide direct therapy services to clients using evidence-based practices and therapeutic techniques.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians, educators, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure prehensive patient care.
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers on speech and language disorders, as well as strategies for enhancing munication and swallowing abilities.
Qualifications :
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Valid license to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist in the state of Oklahoma.
- Certificate of Clinical petence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) preferred.
- Previous experience working in a school setting
- Experience with AAC devices
- IEP experience preferred but not required
