Role Summary

Product managers at Okcoin are the CEOs of their areas of focus. We develop growth-focused product strategies, manage cost / profitability, and deliver powerful strategies that guide customers through simple transaction workflows.

We are building an integrated and beautiful crypto-finance experience for mobile and web. Product managers collaborate across business units and align user research, design and UX writing, brand and marketing, technical project management and engineering, testing, data, compliance, and legal teams.

We are a multi-cultural and decentralized team with a deep passion for Bitcoin, crypto, and DeFi. We are objective-oriented, and everyone contributes to data analysis to drive business growth.

Responsibilities

• Market Discovery :
• Discover new markets and revenue opportunities.
• Innovate new products to address market needs.
• Internal Advocacy :
• Act as an internal champion to build consensus and influence senior management for new product ideas.
• Product Lifecycle Management :
• Identify, define, implement, and manage market research, product design, product implementation, and product release processes.
• Define, build, and scale Okcoin's mobile app, enabling millions of customers to access a wide array of crypto assets.
• Roadmap and Feature Development :
• Define and manage product roadmaps and features, including building features that allow users to understand, trade, or invest in crypto.
• Track KPIs and drive the growth of product features.
• Stakeholder Collaboration :
• Collaborate with designers, engineering, legal, risk, compliance, marketing, customer support, and finance teams across the organization.
• Align all stakeholders on product roadmap and deliverables.

Requirements

• Proven experience in product management, preferably in the finance, fintech, or crypto industry.
• Strong understanding of blockchain technology, Bitcoin, crypto, and DeFi.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Experience in mobile and web product development.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to propose bold ideas and take action.
• Strong leadership and teamwork abilities.
