Beacon Hill's client, an AmLaw 200 firm, is seeking a labor and employment litigation attorney.
- Location : Remote, but candidates must reside in California, Washington, or Oregon
- Start : ASAP
- Duration : 5-6 months, with trial scheduled for late January / early February as of now ( concurrent employment not permitted )
- Hours : 20-25 hours a week (possibly more leading up to trial)
Qualifications :
- 4+ years of labor & employment litigation experience
- Preferably with California fair employment and housing case experience
- Preferably with investigation experience, as the role will involve tracking down factual issues, analyzing them, and resolving them, which may include finding and interviewing individuals
- Actively licensed and in good standing in your state of residence ( California, Washington, or Oregon )
