Job Description :
EHS Recruiting Company is seeking a meticulous and efficient Data Entry Keyer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong typing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage data entry tasks in a timely manner.
You will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data, supporting our operational processes.
Key Responsibilities :
- Enter and verify data into our databases with high accuracy.
- Process various data forms and ensure all information is complete and correct.
- Maintain organized records and files, ensuring easy access to information.
- Assist in generating reports and summaries based on entered data.
- Collaborate with team members to improve data entry processes and workflows.
- Identify and resolve data discrepancies promptly.
- Follow data privacy and security protocols to protect sensitive information.
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certifications in data entry is a plus.
- Proven experience in data entry or related roles.
- Exceptional typing speed and accuracy (minimum X words per minute).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel) and data management systems.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
