Baptist Health is looking for a PRN Speech Language Pathologist to join our Home Care team in New Albany, IN

The Home Care Speech Language Pathologist evaluates the patient's comprehensive health care needs in the home environment and implements an appropriate plan according to those needs utilizing the physician, community resources and the patient's support system.

The speech language pathologist provides skilled speech, language and swallowing therapy procedures and assessments and instructs patients and their families in the plan of care.

Requirements

Advanced degree SLP

  • Professional license SLP
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • BLS Healthcare Provider
  • One year of experience as an Speech Language Pathologist
  • Home Health experience preferred
