What You'll Do :

• Lead and Inspire : Guide and mentor a team of engineers, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and excellence.

What You'll Need :

Education and Experience : Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, with 10+ years of relevant experience.

Minimum of 3 years of experience leading a design team and mentoring junior engineers.

• Technical Skills : Proficiency in AutoCAD and / or Civil 3D preferred.
• Certifications : EIT certification required. PE license or the ability to obtain it within two years of hire / promotion.
• Leadership Skills : Proven ability to lead, motivate, and inspire teams, as well as strong communication and decision-making skills.
