About the team
This product manager will be responsible for products and features for the Data Product team, working with cross-functional partners across the e-commerce organization (business, policy, product, marketing, etc.
developing end-to-end product strategy and design, and executing on the product roadmap to deliver new innovations for both internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Conduct extensive quantitative and qualitative market studies to gather deep insights into Sellers, Independent Software Vendors (ISV) Partners and other roles in social content-based Commerce.
- Responsible for managing input and feedback from sellers.
- Partner with the product management team to devise product strategy to ensure long term vision and success for the product.
- Based on market studies and user feedback, work together with Product Mangers to define product requirements, including business and product objectives, business & market requirements, operational support requirements, etc.
- Combine ROI analysis, dependency analysis and other techniques to prioritize the product requirements.
- Participate in the product development lifecycle, review various artifacts to ensure quality.
- Plan, orchestrate and execute go-to-market activities including : product documentation and various other contents, target audience activation plan by segment, and operational support tools.
- Participate in user acceptance testing to ensure product quality and optimal user experience prior to product launch.
- Monitor key performance indicators and other product metrics, conducts gap analysis, devises and implements improvement plans.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required in relevant field.
- A minimum of 5 years' working experience in the internet industry. E-commerce and API relevant experience is preferred.
- Great communicator & team-worker. Comfortable navigating complex organizational structures & aligning objectives with cross-functional teams.
- Analytical, data sensitive & goal-driven. Comfortable with setting ambitious targets, analyzing the status quo, planning a course of action, executing rapid trial & error iterations and constantly improving.
Preferred Qualifications
- Computer science or relevant major preferred.
- Love content and enjoy shopping.
