- Shift : 12hr NIGHTS WEEKENDS F / S / S / M DEPENDING ON NEED (has the option to be scheduled on Friday or Monday for the coverage for 3 days) 36 ONLY
- Unit will accept contracts from 13 weeks+ up to March 15, 2025 (hard stop) to get the unit through the holidays!!
- RTO : 7 days MAX;
- Float Requirement : Yes, traveler will work with the CNRO(Centralized Resource Nursing Pool). Float Pool currently covers three separate campuses.
- Majority of shifts will be at the main campus but shift can also be scheduled and New Hanover Orthopedic Hospital and Pender Memorial Hospital.
- Staff are notified 2hrs before the start of the shift.
- Candidates will float all medical / Surgical floors
- Weekend Requirement : every weekend

- NHRMC to NHRMC Ortho-5 miles
- NHRMC Ortho to Pender-27 miles
- Patient Diagnoses : Floating between several medical, surgical, and telemetry units.
- Assisting in caring for patients held in our ED who are inpatient.
- Special Procedures / Unit Details : Consolidation to the Centralized Office mid contract may occur and the contract staff
- Unit Systems (Medication, Documentation, Communication) : PYXIS, EPIC, SBAR.
- Scheduling Type : based on scheduling gaps
- Unit Orientation : 24hrs (2 shifts)
- Scrubs : Navy
