We are looking for an Accounting Manager to join Element Fleet Management. As the largest pure-play fleet manager in the world, we provide unmatched products and services and solutions to our clients.

Skilled with internal controls and the external audit process?
An analytical leader with strong managerial and mentorship skills?
A Day in the Life
Reviewing and approving monthly journal entries
Reviewing and approving monthly reconciliations
Closing the general ledger monthly
Month-end, quarter-end, year-end analytics, and corporate reporting
Partnering with business components to consult, implement and provide guidance related to new product lines.
Process re-engineering and documentation related to reconciliations and reporting, including the training and guidance of staff
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in accounting required
Master degree in accounting or MBA preferred
CPA Required
5+ Years of Experience
Supervisory experience preferred
Strong technical background and experience preferred
Public accounting background preferred
Strong technical skills (excel, SQL, Power BI, reporting, etc.)
Presentation and Project management skills
