Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced team leader to manage our Medicaid and Medicaid Managed Care operations.
The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of Medicaid regulations, managed care principles, and a proven track record in leadership roles within the healthcare sector.
Serves as lead biller / collector in the performance of Hospital Medicaid and CMO patient account billing and collections activities.
Performs daily work assignment for Hospital Medicaid & CMO billing and collections staff, prepares and submits claim forms and resolves related problems, and works with biller / collectors and others as necessary to assist in ensuring timely and accurate billing and collection process.
Qualifications
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES / LICENSE OR CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
- Two (2) years experience in billing, OR Associate's Degree in Business.
- Knowledge of patient accounting or electronic billing systems.
- Good oral and written communication skills.

Prior leadership or supervisory experience.
