Job Title : Full-Time School Social Worker

Location : Frankfort, IL

Job Overview :

We are looking for a Full-Time School Social Worker to join our team in Frankfort, IL. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting students' emotional and social well-being, working closely with teachers, administrators, and families to ensure a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide individual and group counseling to students.
  • Develop and implement social-emotional learning programs.
  • Conduct assessments to identify students' needs and create intervention plans.
  • Collaborate with teachers and staff to address behavioral and academic concerns.
  • Connect families with community resources and services.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of student support plans.

Qualifications :

  • Masters degree in Social Work (MSW).
  • Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with School Social Worker endorsement.
  • Previous experience in a school setting preferred.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
