What you’ll do as a Quality Control Technician

  • Select audits by working with operations supervisors, managers, and Field Check partners to prevent potential damages.
  • Perform field audits for accuracy of marks and compliance with applicable state laws, regulations, and contractual obligations per clients.
  • Conduct root cause analysis on quality failures.
  • Complete all applicable forms and documents required for the auditing and investigation processes, and communicate audits and investigation findings with quality assurance and operations management.
  • Correct field risk findings and coach / mentor technicians.
  • Perform quality assurance ride-along with field technician upon Operations Manager request.
  • Provide frequent and ongoing feedback to Field Check partner to improve quality results and reduce damages.
  • Provide witness testimony in small claims and litigated cases when necessary.

What you’ll need

  • To be 18 years of age or older
  • Authorization to work in the United States for this company
  • Two or more years of experience in telecom construction and / or equivalent.
  • The ability to troubleshoot difficult locates and proficiently interpret all utility plats.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Suite.

Salary Range $23 - $25 per hour.
