Overview

The Producer is a creative leader, project manager, client relationship manager and people manager. As project lead, the Producer is responsible and accountable for all aspects of the project including the best and appropriate creative intent, IP utilization, quality and feasibility of the design, efficient production, fabrication, procurement and installation efforts. The Producer ensures coordination across multiple design disciplines and is responsible for the financial profit or loss generated by the effort.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage projects from concept through delivery, ensuring alignment with creative intent, quality standards, and feasibility.
• Coordinate across multiple design disciplines (creative, technical, fabrication, procurement, installation).
• Oversee production timelines, budgets, and resource planning to maximize efficiency and profitability.
• Manage client relationships, expectations, and communications; serve as main point of contact for project stakeholders.
• Lead and develop project teams, including mentoring and performance management as appropriate.
