IT Project Coordinator - Remote Night Support
IT Project Coordinator to provide support for our night shift technicians.
Hours : Sun-Thursday 8pm -5am EST
Candidate should have prior IT support experience and recent experience as a Project Lead or IT Coordinator.
Ideal candidate will have BS Degree and 4+ years IT experience with 2+ as Project Coordinator or Lead.
Experience working in a fast paced, large corporate environment supporting IT projects involving networking, hardware and software installs, etc.
Duties include :
- Coordinate project schedules, tasks, and timelines to ensure on-time and within-budget project delivery.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for IT Service Technicians delivering prompt and effective project assistance.
- Provide project coordination and support through various channels, including phone, emails, Microsoft Teams, and service management platforms.
- Experience working with MS-Excel for reporting and knowledge of Agile / Jira is a plus.
