Job Description
Director of Home Health Nursing, RN, BSN, Masters preferred. Client is seeking strong administrative leadership experience as Director of Nursing in Home Health, with at least 6+ years in a Home Health RN administrative role, steady work history, and accomplishments.
Qualifications
Director will have overall responsibility for Home Health staff of over 50 FTEs and a patient case load of over 220.
Will need strong experience with California healthcare rules and regulations, Quality Performance, etc.
