What you’ll be responsible for :

Circle is looking for an experienced Product Leader to lead the end-to-end developer experience across Circle’s products.

The Product lead is expected to work as a senior IC PM on key projects and manage the PM team. The role is heavily cross-functional.

You are expected to lead all aspects of the developer journey from marketing to support. You should be able to provide direction to the teams working on our website, developer docs, developer console, developer tools such as billing, API key management, multi-user support, logs, notifications, etc, and construct a high-quality multi-channel developer support program.

What you'll work on :

  • Own all aspects of the developer journey
  • Own end-to-end development of the new developer-facing products
  • Hire a strong Product Management team
  • Foster strong relationships with cross-functional partners, and with other business units at Circle
  • Identify new opportunities to grow Circle’s business
  • Pitch such opportunities to the Executive Leadership Team
  • Operate with clear and principled thinking and articulate written and verbal communication
  • Drive the development and launch of several developer products and features
  • Lead the GTM for new products
  • Engage heavily in the developer community - present our products at conferences, and to developer partners at all levels of the blockchain stack

What you’ll bring to Circle :

  • 10+ years of working in a technical leadership capacity as a Product Manager or a Tech lead
  • 10+ years of direct experience developing software products.
  • 5+ years of people management experience growing Product managers or technical leaders
  • A deep understanding of the developer's pain points
  • Proven experience launching several products from zero to maturity
  • Proven experience incubating and growing a business line
  • A strong learner mindset. You’ll need to rapidly learn brand-new products and technologies
  • Strong sense of ownership. You own the outcomes across all functions and all aspects of the product.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset. You’re scrappy, can engage with the customers directly, and can understand and express Circle’s value props to various developer segments.

Additional Information :

This position is eligible for day-one PERM sponsorship for qualified candidates.

Starting pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to : relevant experience, skill set, qualifications, and other business and organizational needs.

Please note that compensation ranges may differ for candidates in other locations.

Base Pay Range : $215,000 - $275,000

Annual Bonus Target : 20%

Also Included : Equity & Benefits (including medical, dental, vision and 401(k)). Circle has a discretionary vacation policy.

We also provide 10 days of paid sick leave per year and 11 paid holidays per year in the U.S.
