Senior Product Strategy & Operations Manager
In this role, you will be responsible formanaging strategic planning, developing the Product Organization roadmap, monitoring progress to target outcomes across the organization, and optimizing the product development lifecycle to expedite the realization of value.
Job Responsibilities
Support the development of the Product Organizational strategy in alignment with company goals.
Build and manage a holistic roadmap across the Product Organization, working with cross-functional teams.
Analyze market data, customer feedback, and industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement across the Product Organization.
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success of the Product Organization and drive continuous improvement.
Optimize operational processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and scalability across the product development lifecycle.
Drive collaboration and communication across the Product Organization to ensure alignment, solving for dependencies and competing priorities.
The successful candidate will have :
Strong understanding of Product Management and Design disciplines.
Experience in developing and managing an organization-level strategic roadmap.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in managing the product development lifecycle and relevant tools.
Basic Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree required.
At least 8years of experience in product management, strategy, or operations roles.
At least 5 years of experience managing complex initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications :
Attention to detail and ability to adapt to ongoing change.
Demonstrated experience influencing leadership.
Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Product Manager (CPM), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Design Thinking, or Portfolio Management certifications.
Annual Salary
$128,000.00 - $224,000.00
The above annual salary range is a general guideline. Multiple factors are taken into consideration to arrive at the final hourly rate / annual salary to be offered to the selected candidate.
Factors include, but are not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the role, the selected candidate’s work experience, education and training, the work location as well as market and business considerations.
