Position Overview :
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support, ensuring the efficient operation of the office.

Key Responsibilities :
- Office Management : Maintain office organization and order, manage office supplies, and coordinate maintenance of office equipment.
- Calendar Management : Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for executives and staff.
- Communication : Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external communications, including answering phones, responding to emails, and greeting visitors.
- Documentation : Prepare, proofread, and manage documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Meeting Coordination : Organize and prepare materials for meetings, take meeting minutes, and distribute them as necessary.
- File Management : Maintain both electronic and paper filing systems, ensuring data confidentiality and easy retrieval of documents.
- Event Planning : Assist in organizing company events, workshops, and other activities.
- Financial Assistance : Handle basic bookkeeping tasks such as processing invoices, expense reports, and tracking office budgets.
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
