Staffing Coordinator

SereneNursing Services Staffing Coordinator will be responsibleonboarding new employees fillingand replacing contracts / per diem orders building and updatingschedules and calendars replacing callouts etc.

You will alsoensure that the company complies with all relevant laws regardingemployment.

Responsibilities :

• Completeand post monthly nursing schedule coordinating requests to ensureappropriate coverage ofunits.
• Answeremployee calls regarding scheduling issues and prepare writtencorrespondence asnecessary.
• Consultwith client facilities concerning staffing and schedulingneeds.
• Maintaindaily tardy and absenteeism calendars for employee performanceappraisals reporting to the Director of Nursing Services allissues.
• Workwith Human Resources and Director of Nursing Services whenscheduling modified work duty employees in accordance with workrestrictions and facilitypolicy.
• Completeand update nursing department employee records and maintain recordsof current certifications and licenses for nursing departmentemployees.
• Answerapplicant calls regarding position availability and coordinateinterviews.
• Communicatewith client facilities to facilitate quality orientation programsand provide each newly hired nursing personnel with an orientationschedule.
• Createand uphold an atmosphere of warmth patience enthusiasm and a calmand cheerfulenvironment.
• Conductroutine maintenance to ATSdatabase
• Performother related duties asneeded

Requirements

• Musthave a High School Diploma or equivalent; Associates Degreepreferred.
• Atleast 1 years experience in a Staffing role performing similar workduties .
• Experiencewith Microsoft OfficeSuite
• Maintainconfidentiality of all resident care information in accordance withHIPAAguidelines
• Healthcareexperience / knowledgepreferred
• Problemsolving skills and Detailoriented

• Assist with activities of dailyliving, including bathing, dressing, and feeding. - Monitor andrecord vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.
• Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring patient safety. -Follow aseptic techniques to prevent infection and maintain a cleanand safe environment.
• Assist with airway management andrespiratory support as needed. - Collaborate with the healthcareteam to develop and implement care plans.
• Provide emotionalsupport to patients and their families. - Document patientinformation accurately and timely.
