Staffing Coordinator
SereneNursing Services Staffing Coordinator will be responsibleonboarding new employees fillingand replacing contracts / per diem orders building and updatingschedules and calendars replacing callouts etc.
You will alsoensure that the company complies with all relevant laws regardingemployment.
Responsibilities :
- Completeand post monthly nursing schedule coordinating requests to ensureappropriate coverage ofunits.
- Answeremployee calls regarding scheduling issues and prepare writtencorrespondence asnecessary.
- Consultwith client facilities concerning staffing and schedulingneeds.
- Maintaindaily tardy and absenteeism calendars for employee performanceappraisals reporting to the Director of Nursing Services allissues.
- Workwith Human Resources and Director of Nursing Services whenscheduling modified work duty employees in accordance with workrestrictions and facilitypolicy.
- Completeand update nursing department employee records and maintain recordsof current certifications and licenses for nursing departmentemployees.
- Answerapplicant calls regarding position availability and coordinateinterviews.
- Communicatewith client facilities to facilitate quality orientation programsand provide each newly hired nursing personnel with an orientationschedule.
- Createand uphold an atmosphere of warmth patience enthusiasm and a calmand cheerfulenvironment.
- Conductroutine maintenance to ATSdatabase
- Performother related duties asneeded
Requirements
- Musthave a High School Diploma or equivalent; Associates Degreepreferred.
- Atleast 1 years experience in a Staffing role performing similar workduties .
- Experiencewith Microsoft OfficeSuite
- Maintainconfidentiality of all resident care information in accordance withHIPAAguidelines
- Healthcareexperience / knowledgepreferred
- Problemsolving skills and Detailoriented

- Assist with activities of dailyliving, including bathing, dressing, and feeding. - Monitor andrecord vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.
- Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring patient safety. -Follow aseptic techniques to prevent infection and maintain a cleanand safe environment.
- Assist with airway management andrespiratory support as needed. - Collaborate with the healthcareteam to develop and implement care plans.
- Provide emotionalsupport to patients and their families. - Document patientinformation accurately and timely.
