Established Insurance agency is seeking an experienced and motivated Commercial Lines Account Manager in the Delray Beach / Boca Raton area for a HYBRID role after training.
This well-rounded commercial lines AM should have at least 5+ years of small to middle market commercial lines experience to service new and renewal accounts.
This is a salaried role up to $75,000 including generous benefits, PTO and bonuses between $5,000 - $15,000.
Responsibilities :
- Manage a book of commercial insurance business.
- Service new, renewals while rounding out accounts and identifying cross selling opportunities.
- Work with both admitted and E&S markets to place accounts.
- Process certificates, endorsements, submissions, applications and bind accounts.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree or Insurance related experience.
- Active 220 license.
- 5+ years of demonstrated success in commercial lines insurance, including experience in an Account Manager role.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the Florida insurance marketplace, with an emphasis on small to mid-size commercial risk.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with a sense of urgency and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in insurance carrier platforms, agency management systems, and Microsoft Office suite.
- Proven ability to meet deadlines, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
