A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE / RETAIL SALES ASSOCIATE

This job keeps you on your toes doing a number of different tasks, but customer service is always your top priority. As a Customer Service Representative / Retail Sales Associate, you cheerfully welcome every customer that walks through our doors. When customers need assistance, you drop what you're doing to ensure that their needs are met. You happily recommend, select, and help locate or obtain merchandise. Acting as a cashier, you assist patrons with purchases.

You also clean, stock, rotate food products, and complete anything else that needs to be done. Customers are impressed with how well kept and clean our store is. Because of your superior service and ability to create a welcoming environment, our customers want to return to our stores. If you are someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and likes to stay busy, this is the job for you!

QUALIFICATIONS

• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Retail / customer service experience is preferred. Are you eager to learn and driven to succeed? Do you have excellent communication skills?
