About the Role :
Join the Financial Aid Support Team (FAST) as a Financial Aid Support Representative. This role offers the potential for internal promotion and growth within the organization.

Key Responsibilities :
- Provide support and answer financial aid questions in a call center environment
- Assist students with financial aid processes, primarily via phone
- Learn and use financial aid terminology and understand higher education as a business
- Be proactive and assist Title IV users, helping 34,000 students
- Maintain a friendly, warm, and welcoming demeanor
Qualifications :
- Must Haves :
- Customer service experience (industry not specified, but phone or restaurant experience is a plus)
- Willingness to work a hybrid schedule (2-3 days a week in the office)
Work Schedule :
- Hybrid role : 2-3 days in office, rest remote
