We are currently working with a rapidly growing consumer goods company that is disrupting the market in which it operates.
It is a company that has made diversity and pay equity a hallmark of their business. As they continue to grow, they are looking for a Senior Manager of Supply Planning Systems to help them implement ERP software and select new Advanced Planning tools.
Position Description :
- Update and create new Supply Planning tools to increase visibility, accuracy and efficiency.
- Create reporting for leadership and create KPI tracking.
- Lead best practice implementation within the Supply Chain team.
- Take lead on selection and implementation of Advanced Planning tool (software).
- Develop tools for rough cut and finite capacity planning.
Background Required :
- Highly energetic individual with at least +5 years finished goods Supply / Capacity planning experience.
- ERP systems implementation experience preferred.
- Strong SQL, PowerBI (or similar), advanced Excel knowledge.
- Comfort level leveraging Excel while the organization moves to a more formal planning tool over the next 1-2 years.
- Bachelors required.
- Proven track record of success in similar role.
Miscellaneous :
- $130 - 140K + bonus + equity (very generous).
