We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Revenue Operations team in a temporary part-time capacity.

As part of the Process Automation & Excellence team, you will work closely with internal stakeholders, report to the Senior Manager of Process Automation & Excellence, and play a critical role in managing business requests through our centralized intake process.

This role is for a three-month assignment, working 29 hours per week.

What You Will Do :

• Support "Run the Business" initiatives for the RevOps organization
• Manage, review, and support intake requests in JIRA
• Assist in gathering and validating requirements for ongoing business needs
• UAT and / or BAT testing
• Support of asset creation and enablement material

What You Bring :

• 3+ years of experience in operations or project management roles.
• Hands-on experience with JIRA.
• SCRUM certification preferred, but not required.
• Salesforce administration experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Ability to apply professional expertise and company policies to resolve various business issues.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to assess and adapt processes as needed.
• Experience working on diverse problems where creative solutions are necessary.
• Effective communicator, able to build strong relationships within and outside the organization.

Compensation for this role is $46.50 per hour.
