Primary Responsibilities :
- Conduct in-depth assessments of speech, language, and communication disorders.
- Develop and carry out personalized treatment plans tailored to each patients specific needs.
- Lead both individual and group therapy sessions to address communication challenges.
- Provide patients and their families with education on communication techniques and exercises.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care for each patient.
- Stay current with advancements in the field through continuous professional development.
Required Qualifications :
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- State licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure as an SLP.
- ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) is preferred.
- Experience working with a diverse range of patient populations.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- A compassionate and patient-focused approach to therapy.
