Job Summary :
The Maintenance Tech will perform general maintenance including ground maintenance, electrical, basic carpentry, and other building systems.
This is a part-time position, approximately 25 hours per week.
Duties & Responsibilities :
- General ground maintenance.
- Mowing / weed trimming.
- Honey wagon operation
- Light electrical troubleshooting.
- Tree trimming / clean up.
Physical Requirements :
- Prolonged periods of standing and walking.
- Must be physically able to climb ladders, bend, or crawl into awkward spaces.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. at a time.
