Our insurance sales team is looking for sales assistant that can make outbound calls to prospects and then do warm transfers to our senior licensed sales leaders.
This will be a part time, hybrid role for 4 hours per day and 5 days a week. Hours may vary, but will fall between 9 : 00am - 5 : 00pm EST.
You will be expected to make 100-150 calls per day using an auto-dialer.
Depending on your experience, this role will pay $17-$22 / hr.
This positiion is located in Frederick, MD. You have the option for a hybrid schedule, but you will be required to come into the office at least 3 days a week.
If you have insurance industry experience, you can expect to earn on the higher end of this range.
This part time role is also eligble for PTO benefits, retirement savings company match, and future potential to grow into a licensed sales producer.

Responsibilities
Client Engagement : Reach out to potential clients through calls and emails, setting up appointments for our insurance sales team.
Appointment Coordination : Manage the calendar for insurance advisors, ensuring all appointments are confirmed and recorded accurately.
Record Keeping : Maintain detailed records of all interactions with clients, ensuring data integrity for future reference.
Requirement
Insurance Industry experience is preferred.
Prior experience in high volume outbound calling is preferred.
