We are looking for a Behavioral Health Specialist (LCSW-C) to join our Germantown & Silver Spring, MD offices, where you will have a schedule of 10 hours per day Monday - Thursday or Tuesday - Friday and will primarily : Play a crucial role in conducting clinical assessments, developing personalized behavioral care for patients with obesity, and engaging them in the multidisciplinary service model offered by CoreLife.
A vital member of a care team that includes a nurse practitioner, dietitian, exercise trainer, and other clinicians who may be utilized in the model.
Qualifications : Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited training program 1-2 years experience working with adults and children LCSW-C ( Licensed Certified Social Worker-Clinical )licensure in the state of Maryland AS A MEDSTAR HEALTH PROVIDER, YOU CAN EXPECT : A competitive salary ($85,000 to $95,000 based on experience) and bonus eligibility Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid malpractice insurance Generous paid time off Retirement plan - contribute to a pre-tax or Roth retirement savings plan with % employer match.
