- Analyze company data to identify financial trends, quality of earnings, working capital considerations
- Prepare proforma and forecast financials
- Collaborate with clients and prospective target acquisitions to obtain pertinent information
- Support company growth thru business development activities
Requirements
- Accounting / Finance / Econ Degree
- CPA heavily preferred
- Strong Technical Accounting skills
- Knowledge of quality of earnings, working capital, EBITDA, etc.
- Exceptional Excel skills
