As a Security Professional Armed Aero Defense Patrol in Seal Beach, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero / Defense, and more. As an Armed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol designated areas within an aerospace and defense location, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a secure environment. You will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to support a sense of security, and provide outstanding customer service through clear communication. Pay Rate : $31.42 / Hour

Job Schedule : Day Time Tue 02 : 00 PM - 10 : 00 PM Wed 02 : 00 PM - 10 : 00 PM Thur 02 : 00 PM - 10 : 00 PM Fri 02 : 00 PM - 10 : 00 PM Sat 02 : 00 PM - 10 : 00 PM

What You'll Do :

  • Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
  • Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
  • Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
  • Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
  • Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities :

  • Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and / or suspicious behavior.
  • Monitor for and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns within the location.
  • Maintain a visible presence to help to deter potential threats and / or incidents.
  • Interact professionally with employees, visitors, and contractors while upholding Allied Universal standards.
  • Assist law enforcement and / or emergency response personnel as directed during incidents.
  • Complete required reports and documentation related to security-related activities and incidents.
  • Adhere to all protocols regarding the carrying and handling of firearms as required for the post profile.

    • Minimum Requirements :

  • Must have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
  • Active Department of Defense Top Secret Sensitive Compartmented Information clearance is required.
  • Must provide proof of high school diploma or General Education Development equivalent.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
